What started as an inside joke between brewers about the rising trendiness and cringeworthy instagram posts of Rosés, turned into a beer concept that sounded too good not to pursue. With a blush of color from blackberry and Hibiscus, Pilzé is bursting with a bright, floral and Fruit nose. Bubbly and tart mouthfeel? Of course it has a Bubbly and tart mouthfeel. If we didn’t get that right, then this beer wouldn’t be deserving of that fancy accent mark. To further the complexity of this mashup of a beer, our brewers used Hallertau Blanc hops to impart that bright white grape character to wash down your avocado toast. #PilzéAllDay

NEW – Boulevard Easy Sport Recreation Ale

Following over a year of development, testing and tasting, we’re excited to introduce Easy Sport, a beer brewed for runners, cyclists, hikers, pickleball players, karate masters, yogis, disc golfers, ball golfers, yard mowers, jazzercisers and people who are just plain thirsty.

Easy Sport is a refreshing, super drinkable, bright ale with a hint of tangerine. Beginning with a simple, easy-drinking blonde ale recipe, we add electrolytes to an extended mash and again during the boil to create a super dry, perfectly balanced beer. At the end of fermentation, we add more electrolytes and a touch of tangerine peel resulting in a slightly tart, subtly salty, all-natural, low calorie, carb-conscious beer.

Now Available – Lupulin Brewing!

We now have Lupulin Brewing available!!

Lupulin is a local craft brewery right in Big Lake, Minnesota!

Lupulin Brewing is a family owned and family run craft brewery. Jeff and Matt did not go out and hire an outside head brewer to brew beer for them. All of the recipes are created by the founders and are still brewed with the same care and craft spirit that survived in the “garage era” of Lupulin Brewing. You will often find multiple family members helping to pour pints on Friday nights in the taproom, along with Jeff’s son Aaron (who Jeff and Matt sent to apprentice at a brewery in Stockholm, Sweden before the brewery opened) taking care of many of the day to day operations around the brewery like cleaning kegs and tanks and helping out with brewing.
